The GoFiber XGS-PON SFP module extends 10G-PON deployments in both business and residential access networks. nWith a standard SFP+ package, this high-performance module easily replaces Ethernet SFP+ modules in gateways, switches, routers, and backhaul equipment. nThe XG-GF10 offers full XGS-PON functionality complying with ITU-T G.9807.1 standards and integrates advanced features such as VLAN tag manipulation and AES-128 encryption for secure, reliable data transmission.
The GoFiber XGS-PON SFP (XG-GF10) is designed to facilitate the deployment of 10G-PON services in existing access networks for both business and residential subscribers. nThis compact SFP+ module easily integrates into Ethernet gateways, routers, switches, and backhaul equipment, replacing Ethernet SFP+ modules to provide seamless 10G-PON connectivity.nnCompliant with ITU-T G.9807.1 standards, the XG-GF10 supports downstream speeds of 10Gbps and upstream burst mode speeds of 10Gbps, ensuring fast and reliable data transmission. nThe module is equipped with advanced Layer-2 switching capabilities, including VLAN tagging, classification, and filtering, allowing for efficient data traffic management. nIt supports multiple T-CONTs and XGEM ports, ensuring flexible mapping between ports and priority-based scheduling for smooth and organized data flow.nnThe XG-GF10 also incorporates AES-128 encryption for secure data transfer, along with Forward Error Correction (FEC) to ensure reliable communication. nIts high sensitivity APD receiver and DFB transmitter provide a robust optical interface capable of supporting distances up to 20km. nAdditionally, it features low power consumption (<2.1W), making it an energy-efficient solution for high-performance networks.
